#267098Stephanie grew up bouncing back and forth from a small town south of St. Louis and a golf course community in the Phoenix desert with her dad, a former tire dealer, entrepreneur, and WWII pilot and POW; her mom, a fabulous mom and real estate agent; and her big brother, a skilled monopoly player and noogie giver. After graduating from Drake University in Iowa, she began her career in advertising. She worked her way up quickly in the ranks at Leo Burnett Worldwide in Chicago to an account supervisor role working on national brands like Hallmark, Delta, and General Motors. After a memorable experience purchasing a 100-year-old home with her college sweetheart in downtown Chicago, she became interested in real estate herself and decided to pursue a career. She got her real estate broker's license in 2003, and shortly after, she and her husband decided it was time to move closer to her family, who had relocated to the Atlanta area. Her father was having numerous health challenges, including battling Alzheimer's, so being together was most important.
She and her mother decided to build a real estate partnership and form the Cole Team. Atlanta was a new area for the family, so they had to be creative and think big. That said, they knew there would be a place for a team that focused on serving others, serving the community, and obsessing over innovation. Now nearly 20 years later, they have built a well-known and trusted brand in the community, and strive to be the top real estate team in Georgia. They continue to evolve and challenge the team to provide the best service and experience possible. They have aligned themselves with top professional groups nationally and peers to help them stay the course.
Somewhere between a 7-day work week, Stephanie makes time for her husband, Keith, and their 4 children, Ava (22), Truman (20), Lyla (18), and Nolan (16). They also have a host of animals, including a sweet pup, a loud cat, and a very old goldfish. A Peloton lover and community volunteer, she works just as hard in her downtime to provide her family a life filled with love, adventure, and opportunity. Simply put, it’s what gets Stephanie out of bed in the morning. Stephanie knows that family is the most important thing and is the ultimate asset when it comes to finding your place in the world.
