We hope you have a fabulous 2020! As we look back at 2019, we applaud what it brought to our team and clients. We laughed. We cried. We served. We celebrated. We learned. We grew. We are forever grateful to you and your families to allow us to do what we love everyday! Here are our 'Top 10 Moments' of 2019:
Our clients are incredible! We couldn't do what we love every day without you! Here's a look at some of our clients we had the honor of serving (and able to sneak a pic of).
The biggest thing to happen to Forsyth County in 2019 was Halcyon and we loved being in a position to help bring it to you first! What an honor to meet all the new retailers and share behind the scenes tours on camera and in person.
Supporting other local business continued to be a priority for our team in 2019. We are so excited about the businesses we were able to feature and more importantly the new friendships and relationships we were able to make.
We stepped our game with marketing for our client's homes and created even more beautiful video home tours in 2019. This resulted in many of our homes going under contract before they even listed. It's still our mission for buyers to fall in love with our listings before they step foot inside.
We made a commitment in 2019 to bring you weekly happenings in North Atlanta to help promote events and local businesses. It was not always an easy feat (and it's definitely not always pretty and perfect) but we stuck to it and had a lot of laughs!
At Cole Team we believe furry friends need great homes too! That's why in 2019 we partnered with Furkids, the largest no-kill shelter in the Southeast. We sponsored lots of dogs and cats and helped them to find a new loving homes.

It's probably no surprise by now we love our community and invest a lot of time, energy, money, and love into it! Here's a quick look at some of our favorites events we hosted in 2019.
We created HUNDREDS of videos in 2019 and with that LOTS of bloopers and lots of laughs. We are so lucky to have each other!
We joined the leading real estate brokerage in the nation that is breaking new ground in technology, innovation, and the home selling process.
We earned several incredible awards over the years for our real estate sales and numbers, but this is one of our favorites as it's earned by YOU!
