Stephanie Cole Patterson

Stephanie grew up bouncing back and forth from a small town south of St. Louis and a golf course community in the Phoenix desert with her dad, a former tire dealer, entrepreneur and WW2 pilot and POW; her mom, a fabulous mom and real estate agent; and her big brother, a skilled monopoly player and noogie giver. After graduating from Drake University in Iowa, she began her career in advertising. She worked her way up quickly in the ranks at Leo Burnett Worldwide in Chicago to an account supervisor role working on national brands like Hallmark, Delta, and General Motors. After a memorable experience purchasing a 100 year old home with her college sweetheart in downtown Chicago she became interested in real estate herself and decided to pursue a career. She got her real estate broker's license in 2003 and shortly after she and her husband decided it was time to move closer to her family who had relocated to the Atlanta area. Her father was having numerous health challenges including battling Alzheimers so being together was most important...

Meriellen Cole Arenz

Meriellen spent her early life in Akron, Ohio. She moved to Missouri in the 70's where she started a family and first became interested in real estate. She and her husband developed a tract of land and built several spec homes that she later sold. Life brought them back and forth from Missouri and Phoenix where she has fond memories of playing tennis and golf with friends while balancing raising her son and daughter and her real estate career. She was always found helping others and had a knack for keeping things positive. She later moved to Florida to be close to her son who had just started a family. When he was transferred to the Atlanta area in 2003, she and her husband, who was facing several health issues, followed. Soon after her daughter Stephanie moved down as well. They were all able to be together for her husband who passed away a few years later in 2006...
